Senior Jurist Grondzaken en Vastgoed Doel van de opdracht: Je levert senior juridische expertise op het gebied van grondzaken, vastgoed en gebiedsontwikkeling. Je behandelt en rondt zelfstandig dossiers rondom gemeentelijke gronden en vastgoed af en levert juridische expertise binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen. De nadruk ligt op juridisch zorgvuldige overeenkomsten, beheersing van juridische risico's en borging van de belangen van de gemeente. Resultaat Je zorgt voor zelfstandig behandelde en juridisch afgeronde grond- en vastgoeddossiers en biedt adequate juridische advisering binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen. Concreet stel je overeenkomsten op, beoordeel en handel je deze af, regel je zakelijke rechten en signaleer en beheer je juridische risico's binnen projecten. Beheer en reguliere grondzaken - Opstellen, beoordelen en afhandelen van (koop)overeenkomsten voor grond- en vastgoedtransacties - Opstellen en actualiseren van huurovereenkomsten, onder andere met verenigingen, stichtingen en overige partijen - Opstellen en toepassen van anti-speculatiebedingen en overige contractuele voorwaarden - Vestigen, wijzigen en beëindigen van zakelijke rechten, waaronder erfpacht, opstalrechten en erfdienstbaarheden - Adviseren over het gebruik van gemeentegrond en gemeentelijk vastgoed, waaronder ingebruikgeving en gebruiksvraagstukken - Opstellen, beoordelen en afhandelen van anterieure overeenkomsten bij particuliere initiatieven - Voeren van gesprekken en onderhandelingen met betrokken partijen - Bewaken van de naleving van contractuele afspraken Gebiedsontwikkeling - Opstellen en toetsen van complexe anterieure overeenkomsten en samenwerkingsovereenkomsten - Leveren van juridische advisering binnen projectteams - Juridisch ondersteunen van onderhandelingen met marktpartijen - Signaleren, beoordelen en beheersen van juridische risico's binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen Randvoorwaarden - Senioriteit en expertise: Je beschikt over voldoende senioriteit e...
