Je werkt met complexe vraagstukken op het snijvlak van ondernemingsrecht, fusies & overnames (M&A) en governance. Je adviseert op hoofdlijnen en vertaalt juridische risico's snel en pragmatisch naar heldere adviezen die direct impact hebben op het succes van de klant. Jouw kerntaken - Begeleiden van juridische trajecten op het gebied van ondernemingsrecht en M&A, inclusief due diligence, contractvorming, aandeelhoudersgeschillen en governancevraagstukken; - Adviseren over herstructureringen, fusies & overnames en andere corporate transacties; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's bij complexe juridische vraagstukken; - Strategisch beoordelen van risico's én kansen en deze helder communiceren; - Sparren met collega's en meebouwen aan verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening; - Het verder uitbreiden van onze praktijk en klantenportefeuille.
