- Senior Jurist Sociale Zekerheid - Veldhoven - • HBO - • 32-38 uur - • Fulltime Over de functie Als senior jurist sociale zekerheid behandel je zelfstandig juridische dossiers van intake tot afronding. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en begeleidt hen door het volledige juridische traject. Je combineert jouw juridische expertise met oog voor de persoonlijke situatie van de cliënt. In deze rol krijg je te maken met complexe vraagstukken binnen het sociaal verzekeringsrecht, waarbij je jouw analytische vaardigheden en praktische aanpak inzet om cliënten te adviseren en te ondersteunen. Wat je gaat doen: - Adviseren: cliënten ondersteunen bij vraagstukken binnen het sociaal verzekeringsrecht en hen begeleiden bij het maken van juridische en strategische keuzes. - Beoordelen: besluiten van instanties zoals UWV en SVB analyseren en toetsen op rechtmatigheid. - Opstellen: bezwaar- en beroepschriften en andere juridische documenten schrijven en indienen. - Begeleiden: cliënten vertegenwoordigen tijdens bezwaarprocedures en beroepszaken. - Overleggen: contact onderhouden met uitvoeringsinstanties en andere betrokken partijen om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4000 en €6500 op basis van 38 uur; - Direct een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd; - Een fulltime functie met een minimale werkweek van 32 uur; - Een 13e maand en een solide pensioenregeling; - Een uitgebreid opleidingsbudget en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen als specialist; - Flexibiliteit in de inrichting van je werk en de keuze om te werken vanuit verschillende locaties in Nederland.
