Als Senior jurist Warmte en Energietransitie - adviseer je projectleiders, beleidsadviseurs, bestuurders en management over juridische vraagstukken rondom warmteprogramma, warmtenetontwikkeling, zonne- en windenergieprojecten en ondergrondse infrastructuur; - vertaal je nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Wet collectieve warmte (Wcw) en de Wet gemeentelijke instrumenten warmtetransitie (Wgiw), naar de Enschedese praktijk; - begeleid je complexe vraagstukken rondom de oprichting van een regionaal warmtebedrijf, waaronder; samenwerkingsafspraken, aandeelhoudersconstructies, rechten en plichten van gemeenten en kaveltoewijzing; - adviseer je over de juridische uitdagingen die ontstaan bij de overgang naar een publiek warmtebedrijf en zorg je dat lopende projecten zorgvuldig kunnen worden voort...
