Einsatzort: Wien und Niederösterreich

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Kalkulation von dir zugewiesenen Projekten im Ingenieur-, Straßen- und Leitungstiefbau.

* Angebotsbearbeitung für öffentliche, industrielle und private Auftraggeber_innen

* Analyse von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Massenermittlungen sowie Beurteilung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten unserer zukünftigen Projekte in Wien und Niederösterreich

* Subunternehmeranfragen werden von dir zusammengestellt und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Einkauf eingeholt, beurteilt und zur Angebotsbearbeitung herangezogen.

* Eigenständige Überlegungen zu Bauablauf-, Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplänen erstellst du gemeinsam mit unseren Operativen Einheiten und arbeitest sie in deine Kalkulation ein.

* Du legst den Grundstein für die erfolgreiche Auftragsabwicklung durch die Erstellung der ersten Arbeitskalkulation.

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL/TU/FH) und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation von Projekten im Tiefbau in Österreich mit

* Du kennst dich gut in Normen und Kalkulationsvorschriften aus.

* Du hast bereits Expertise hinsichtlich Bauprozess und Ausführungsvarianten

* Kenntnisse der Kalkulationssoftware iTWO sind von Vorteil, den sicheren Umgang mit MS Office setzen wir voraus

* Du bist eine Teamplayerin bzw. ein Teamplayer mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie gewissenhafter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
