1 Senior KI-Softwareingenieur (w/m/div) Deine Aufgaben. * Sie entwerfen und implementieren agentische Automatisierung für Geschäfts- und Engineering-Prozesse über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus und ersetzen manuelle Routinen durch autonome, zuverlässige und beobachtbare KI-Workflows. * Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Architektur und Implementierung komplexer, hochskalierbarer Multi-Agenten-Systeme und arbeiten flüssig sowohl in Low-Code-Orchestrierungsplattformen (z. B. n8n, Copilot Studio) als auch in Rich-Code-Frameworks (Python mit LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP). Sie integrieren LLMs nahtlos mit bestehenden IT-Systemen, Engineering-Tools und Datenpipelines und bauen so robuste agentische Systeme. * Sie legen den höchsten Wert auf sauberen, wartbaren Code und eine durchdachte Softwarearchitektur. Die konsequente Anwendung von Designmustern, bewährten Praktiken und testgetriebener Entwicklung (TDD) ist für Sie selbstverständlich. * In einem internationalen und interdisziplinären Team arbeiten Sie eng mit Fachexperten, Data Engineers und Entwicklern zusammen, um anspruchsvolle Softwareprojekte in Produktions- und IT-Umgebungen umzusetzen, und unterstützen sie während ihres gesamten Lebenszyklus. * Sie tragen aktiv zur Entwicklung des Teams bei, indem Sie Ihr Wissen teilen, den Code Ihrer Kollegen überprüfen, Entwickler betreuen und regelmäßig Einblicke in verwandte Bereiche wie Bosch Product Engineering, Produktionsprozesse oder Datenanalyse gewinnen.

Dein Profil * Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsstil: Du bist ein selbstständiger, proaktiver Teamplayer, der Verantwortung übernimmt. Du bist leidenschaftlich für autonome Systeme und ebenso leidenschaftlich für die Ingenieurdisziplin, die sie in der Produktion zuverlässig macht. Sauberer Code und eine durchdachte Architektur sind nicht nur Schlagworte für Sie; Sie sind eine gelebte Praxis. * Erfahrung und Know-how: Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Backend- oder Full-Stack-Softwareentwicklung sowie nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau von agentischen KI-Systemen. Ihr Tech-Stack umfasst: ** Agentische KI: Werkzeug- und Funktionsaufrufe, Agentenspeicher und Zustandsverwaltung, Multi-Agenten-Orchestrierung, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) und systematische Bewertung des Agentenverhaltens. Du nutzt KI-Coding-Agenten in deiner eigenen täglichen Entwicklungsarbeit. ** Programmiersprachen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python (AsyncIO, FastAPI, Pytest, Tippen, Packaging). Kenntnisse von TypeScript/Node.js sind ein Plus, und Go ist ein Vorteil. ** Softwarearchitektur und Datenverarbeitung: Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung modularer Softwaresysteme, strukturierter Datenmodellierung und -validierung (z. B. Pydantic, JSON Schema) sowie effizienter Datenmanipulation (z. B. Pandas). ** Datenbanken und APIs: Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken (z. B. PostgreSQL), Vektordatenbanken und der Entwicklung von RESTful APIs. ** Infrastruktur: Sie sind mit CI/CD-Pipelines (z. B. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD) und DevOps-Praktiken vertraut. Erfahrung mit Containern (Docker, Kubernetes) und Cloud-Plattformen wie MS Azure und Google Cloud. * Schön zu haben: Low-Code-Automatisierungsplattformen (n8n, Microsoft Power Platform), verwaltete LLM-Plattformen (Azure OpenAI Service, Google Vertex AI), industrielle oder IoT-Daten- und Streamverarbeitung (Spark, Kafka) und Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Ausbildung: Abschluss in Informatik, Softwaretechnik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet mit starkem IT-Schwerpunkt oder einem österreichischen HTL-Abschluss mit mehreren Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung. * Sprachen: Du kommunizierst kompetent auf Englisch. Fließende Deutsch- und Portugiesischkenntnisse sind ein klarer Pluspunkt.
