Voor de Gemeente Breda is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Senior KNA-Archeoloog voor 36 uur per week.

(Senior) KNA-archeoloog

Maak jij het verborgen verleden van Breda zichtbaar en zorg je dat archeologische kennis behouden blijft voor de toekomst?

Breda heeft een rijke geschiedenis. Een deel daarvan zie je in de stad, een ander deel ligt verborgen in de bodem. Als (Senior) KNA-archeoloog onderzoek, documenteer en ontsluit jij dat bodemarchief. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende archeologische onderzoeken binnen de gemeente Breda, van de voorbereiding van veldwerk tot de rapportage en duurzame deponering van vondsten. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de kennis van de stad en de regio West-Brabant. Je komt voor een periode van één jaar het veldteam Archeologie versterken en kunt naar verwachting starten op 16 november 2026. Jouw karakter maakt Breda Wat ga je doen?

Als (Senior) KNA-archeoloog combineer je inhoudelijke kennis met praktisch veldwerk. Je zorgt dat onderzoeken goed zijn voorbereid, zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd en helder worden vastgelegd. Je werkt zelfstandig waar dat kan en zoekt actief de samenwerking met collega-archeologen, vrijwilligers, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken professionals.

Jouw werkzaamheden zijn:

• Je stelt Programma's van Eisen en Plannen van Aanpak op en bereidt archeologisch veldwerk zorgvuldig voor. • Je voert archeologisch veldwerk uit op verschillende locaties binnen de gemeente Breda. • Je meet zelfstandig digitaal in met GPS of RTS van Leica. • Je verwerkt velddata in Archeolink en maakt kaarten in ArcGIS Pro op basis van GPS- en RTS-metingen. • Je werkt onderzoeksresultaten uit tot duidelijke en bruikbare archeologische basisrapportages. • Je zorgt voor een correcte, complete en duurzame deponering van vondsten en documentatie. • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van jouw werkzaamheden gedurende het hele archeologische proces.
