Vanuit jouw expertise zorg je voor heldere processturing door het adviseren en beoordelen van kostenramingen op basis van de "Kostenleidraad WSHD". In deze tweedelijnsrol ligt de focus op het bewaken van kwaliteit en het ondersteunen van projectteams bij het maken van onderbouwde en verantwoorde keuzes. De functie bevindt zich op het snijvlak van projectbeheersing, techniek en financiële sturing. In deze positie fungeer je als sparringpartner voor zowel projectteams als management en draag je actief bij aan het vergroten van het kostenbewustzijn. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is het opzetten en beheren van een kostendatabase voor de belangrijkste assets binnen de organisatie, die dient als basis voor het onderbouwen en beoordelen van de Standaard Systematiek Kostenramingen (SSK). Binnen projecten worden kostenramingen beoordeeld bij faseovergangen en inschrijvingen in aanbestedingstrajecten, waarna heldere adviezen worden opgesteld. Daarnaast worden projectteams ondersteund bij ramingsprocessen en uitgangspunten volgens de "Kostenleidraad WSHD", inclusief het beheer en de doorontwikkeling hiervan. Tegelijkertijd worden ontwikkelingen in de markt gevolgd, zodat trends, risico's en afwijkingen tijdig gesignaleerd en geduid kunnen worden. Naast het beheren van de kostendatabase wordt het management proactief geadviseerd over kostenontwikkelingen en worden waar nodig zelfstandig kostenramingen opgesteld. Ook onderhoud je interne en externe contacten op het gebied van kostenmanagement. Met deze inzet draag je bij aan voorspelbare en beheersbar...
