Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Samen met 2 tendermanagers, 1 kostendeskundigen, 1 kostenengineer en een administratief ondersteuner vorm je het verwervingsteam. Daarnaast zijn er zo'n 100 collega's binnen de afdeling die met hun specifieke kennis graag helpen om contracten binnen te halen. Kenmerkend voor onze afdeling: wij geloven dat je met plezier en vertrouwen de beste resultaten boekt. Functie-informatie Jij levert betrouwbare kostenramingen en onderbouwde calculaties voor de uiteenlopende grote en kleine tenders. Jouw doel? De basis leggen voor winnende, maar realistische aanbiedingen. Om technische oplossingen en uitvoeringsmethoden te vertalen naar kosten, werk je nauw samen met technisch specialisten en de kostenengineers. Met scherpe analyses, strategische aanpak en oog voor detail geef je het tenderteam inzicht in de financiële haalbaarheid. En dat is nog niet alles. Je maakt ook offertes voor meerwerk dat voortkomt uit bestaande contracten. Dit ga je doen: - Technische ontwerpen analyseren, strategische aanpak en de kostenconsequenties bepalen. - Gestructureerd kostenramingen en calculaties maken en daarbij aannames, hoeveelheden, eenheidsprijzen en risicoposten onderbouwen. - Afwijkingen in kosten en risico's voor hogere kosten signaleren, en kansen zien om kosten te drukken. - Kostendata en informatie over normen en marktontwikkelingen up-to-date houden. - Contact onderhouden en aansturing en afstemming verzorgen over prijzen met interne disciplines, zoals uitvoering en inkoop, en met externe partners en leveranciers. - Begeleiden en coachen van een junior kostenengineer - Je wer...
