EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - Senior Lab Technician Microbiologie Locatie Boxmeer Opleiding MBO / HBO (Bachelor) Ervaring Minimaal 2 jaar Werkweek 32 - 40 uur Salaris €3.200 - €4.000 p.m. Jouw ervaring met microbiologische analyses krijgt in deze functie direct betekenis voor productkwaliteit en veiligheid. Als Senior Lab Technician Microbiologie combineer je specialistisch laboratoriumwerk met data-analyse en procesverbetering. In Boxmeer krijg je de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken binnen een hoogwaardige GMP-omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Lab Technician Microbiologie bewaak je voor onze opdrachtgever de kwaliteit van verschillende microbiologische analyses binnen Quality Control. Je voert zelfstandig QC-testen uit op onder andere vaccins, farmaceutische eindproducten, antigenen, grondstoffen en andere materialen. Daarbij pas je technieken toe zoals steriliteitstesten, Bioburden, Environmental Monitoring en aseptische technieken. Je rapporteert en controleert testresultaten volgens standaardprocedures en zorgt dat werkzaamheden voldoen aan GMP-, GGO- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Bij afwijkende resultaten of trends kijk je kritisch naar de beschikbare gegevens en zorg je dat mogelijke OOS-afwijkingen correct worden gerapporteerd. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid gaat verder dan het uitvoeren van analyses. Je beoordeelt waar nodig testdata en trending en gebruikt jouw praktijkervaring om knelpunten binnen QC-processen te herkennen. Ook draag je actief bij aan verbeterprojecten waarbij Lean Six Sigma-tools kunnen worden toegepast. Je denkt mee over efficiëntere testprocessen en kunt bestaande werkinstructies en SOP's aanpassen of nieuwe documentatie opstellen. Bij complexe vraagstukken behoud je het overzicht en zoek je gericht naar een oplossing. Zo combineer je microbiologische expertise met kwaliteitsbewaking en continue verbetering en help je de betrouwbaarheid van het laboratorium verder te versterken....
