Heb jij een passie voor metaal, maatwerk en constructies die tot in de kleinste details kloppen? Voor een technisch sterk en groeiend bedrijf zoeken we een ervaren lasser die niet alleen graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen binnen de werkplaats.

De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en realiseren van complexe machines, technische installaties en metaalconstructies op maat. Van een eerste technisch ontwerp tot een volledig afgewerkt eindproduct wordt alles met de nodige precisie en vakkennis gerealiseerd. Door de combinatie van engineering, productie en montage onder één dak kunnen klanten rekenen op een totaaloplossing die volledig is afgestemd op hun specifieke noden.

Geen repetitief seriewerk, maar afwisselende projecten waarbij vakmanschap centraal staat. Als lasser krijg je hier de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, mee te denken over technische oplossingen en jouw expertise door te geven aan collega's. De combinatie van verantwoordelijkheid, technische uitdaging en maatwerk maakt deze functie bijzonder interessant voor een vakman die graag het verschil maakt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Lassen en monteren van complexe constructies en maatwerkmachines in staal, inox en/of aluminium
  • Uitvoeren van laswerken met halfautomaat en TIG volgens de technische specificaties
  • Zelfstandig interpreteren van technische plannen en bepalen van de meest efficiënte werk- en lasvolgorde
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt binnen de werkplaats voor lastechnische vraagstukken
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega's en actief delen van technische kennis
  • Voorstellen formuleren voor technische en productionele verbeteringen
  • Controleren van maatvoering, laskwaliteit en algemene afwerking van de constructies
  • Toezien op een veilige en correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als lasser-constructeur, bij voorkeur binnen machinebouw of maatwerk
  • Goede kennis van halfautomaat- en TIG-lassen
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en het vermogen om complexe technische plannen zelfstandig te lezen en interpreteren
  • Zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding, gecombineerd met de bereidheid om kennis te delen met collega's
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
