De functie Als Senior/Lead Structural Engineer werk je als constructeur aan constructieve ontwerpen binnen de industrie en aanpassingen aan bestaande fabrieken. Je maakt of begeleidt constructieve berekeningen voor gebouwen, fabrieksdelen, machinefunderingen en leidingsteunen, inclusief belastingen door explosies, dynamische belastingen en stresskrachten uit leidingen. Je werkt mee van ideefase tot oplevering, stuurt constructeurs en modelleurs coachend aan en bezoekt locaties om te beoordelen wat past. Jouw taken - Je maakt of begeleidt constructieve berekeningen voor gebouwen, delen van fabrieken, machinefunderingen en leidingsteunen. - Je werkt aan constructieve ontwerpen voor nieuwe gebouwen en delen van fabrieken en aan aanpassingen aan bestaande fabrieken. - Je stuurt constructeurs en modelleurs aan en begeleidt hen in een coachende rol. - Je bent betrokken bij projecten vanaf de ideefase tot en met de oplevering. - Je verzamelt informatie over bestaande constructies. - Je maakt beschrijvingen van ontwerpen. - Je werkt samen met collega's en beoordeelt op locatie wat wel en niet past. Wij vragen - Een afgeronde technische HBO- en/of WO-opleiding richting Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek of een aanverwante richting. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met multidisciplinaire technische projecten. - Kennis van streng gereguleerde omgevingen is gewenst. Je bent een krachtige gesprekspartner en relatiebouwer die vertrouwen wint, speelt in op veranderingen zonder kwaliteit te verliezen en als teamspeler samenwerkt. Je bent een sparringpartner, neemt anderen mee in je visie en werkt met enthousiasme en passie, waarbij je anderen inspireert.
