In het kort: Je gaat als senior/lead UX designer richting geven aan UX, kaders en standaarden ontwikkelen, UX-research benutten, stakeholders adviseren en UX-specialisten coachen om digitale dienstverlening structureel te professionaliseren. Als Senior / Lead UX Designer help je UX verder te professionaliseren en positioneren binnen de organisatie. Je combineert inhoudelijke UX-expertise met advieskracht, stakeholdermanagement en leiderschap en werkt zelfstandig aan een afgebakende professionaliserings- en verbeteropgave. De opdracht omvat onder meer: - Richting geven aan UX en bewaken van kwaliteit en samenhang over verschillende digitale diensten en projecten. - Adviseren van management, opdrachtgevers, product owners en andere stakeholders over UX en gebruikersgerichte dienstverlening. - Opbouwen van relaties en creëren van draagvlak voor UX binnen verschillende organisatieonderdelen. - Verbinden van belangen van gebruiker, business, beleid en IT. - Initiëren en stimuleren van UX-research en zorgen dat inzichten worden gebruikt bij besluitvorming. - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van UX-kaders, werkwijzen en standaarden. - Bijdragen aan design systems en consistente interactiepatronen. Coachen en inhoudelijk begeleiden van UX-specialisten; faciliteren van workshops en werksessies; complexe vraagstukken terugbrengen tot heldere keuzes; kansen signaleren en zelfstandig initiatieven starten. De Senior / Lead UX Designer opereert binnen afgesproken kaders en heeft geen formele hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid. De opdracht is gericht op inhoudelijke richting, concrete professionaliseringsresultaten en overdraagbare werkwijzen. De opdrachtnemer beweegt tussen strategie en uitvoering en zorgt dat UX-inzichten en standaarden aantoonbaar worden toegepast in besluitvorming en digitale dienstverlening. Achtergrond opdracht: O&P Rijk ontwikkelt UX verder als vakgebied en als structureel onderdeel van gebruikersgerichte digitale dienstverlening. Hiervoor is tijdelijk senior U.
