Als Senior Learning and Development Manager ben je een strategische partner in de organisatiebrede transformatie. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert leerinitiatieven die medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteunen in change, nieuwe manieren van werken en de succesvolle adoptie van strategische transformatieprogramma’s, inclusief AI. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de Rexel Academy en bouw je mee aan een sterke, toekomstgerichte leercultuur.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkelen en uitrollen van de Learning & Development roadmap, met focus op transformation en change
  • Vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen en transformatieprioriteiten naar concrete leerinterventies
  • Identificeren van leerbehoeften in veranderprogramma’s en digitale transformatie
  • Ontwerpen, implementeren en evalueren van leer- en ontwikkelprogramma’s
  • Leiden en verder uitbouwen van de Rexel Academy als centraal platform voor leren en kennisdeling
  • Ontwikkelen van learning journeys ter ondersteuning van change- en transformatie-initiatieven
  • Opzetten van leertrajecten die de adoptie van AI en andere digitale oplossingen versnellen
  • Adviseren van leidinggevenden over change readiness, talentontwikkeling, leiderschapsontwikkeling en teamontwikkeling
  • Begeleiden van upskilling en reskilling in functie van technologische, organisatorische en culturele verandering
  • Bewaken van de effectiviteit, adoptie en impact van leerinterventies binnen transformatieprogramma’s

Profiel

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in Learning & Development, Organization Development of een gelijkaardige rol
  • Sterke affiniteit met transformation, change en organisatieontwikkeling
  • Ervaring met complexe verandertrajecten en organisatiebrede transformaties
  • Ervaring met learning journeys, change enablement en adoptieprogramma’s
  • Ervaring met digitalisering, AI-implementatie of andere innovatieve transformatie-initiatieven is een plus
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en adviserende vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op senior niveau
  • Vermogen om structuur te brengen in complexe verandercontexten
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht

Vereiste competenties

  • Strategisch en conceptueel denkvermogen
  • Sterke change- en projectmanagementvaardigheden
  • Coachende en verbindende stijl
  • Resultaatgericht en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Veerkrachtig, wendbaar en comfortabel in dynamische omgevingen
  • Vermogen om transformatie te vertalen naar concrete leer- en gedragsverandering
  • Affiniteit met technologie, AI en digitale adoptie

Ervaring

  • Minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Learning & Development, Change Management, Organization Development of HR Development
  • Ervaring met organisatieverandering, transformatie en leiderschapsontwikkeling is gewenst
  • Ervaring met AI-implementatie, digitale transformatie of adoptieprogramma’s is een plus
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of uitbouwen van een Academy of learning center is een troef
