Wij zijn op zoek naar uitbreiding van dit team met een Senior Learning & Development Officer die zich wil inzetten voor een excellente executie van onze learning programma's en andere learning en talent initiatieven. Dit ga je doen als Senior Learning & Development Officer Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's van Learning & Development en Talent Management. Je zorgt ervoor dat leer- en ontwikkelactiviteiten soepel verlopen en draagt bij aan een professionele en impactvolle leerervaring voor onze medewerkers. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het organiseren, coördineren en ondersteunen van onboardingprogramma's, trainingen, talent events en andere Learning & Development-activiteiten; - Het afstemmen met trainers, deelnemers, leveranciers en beroepsorganisaties en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders; - Het ondersteunen van communicatieacti...
