Aktuelle Stellenausschreibung 1 (Senior) Lecturer & Researcher Institut für Finance, Controlling & Economics Teil- oder Vollzeit, 30-40h City Campus Wiener Neustadt

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Inhaltlich-Didaktische Konzipierung und Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen auf Bachelor- und Masterniveau

* Betreuung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten

* Konzeption und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten sowie die Mitwirkung an der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln (z. B. durch Forschungsanträge)

* Teilnahme an wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen

* Mitarbeit bei Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

* Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Lehr- und Lernmethoden unter Verwendung moderner Medientechnik

Wir erwarten von Ihnen

* Ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Promotionsstudium im Bereich Finance, Controlling, Economics oder in einem verwandten wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fach

* Ein nachgewiesenes Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Finance, Controlling oder Financial Economics, sowie die Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Vertiefung und zur Entwicklung eines eigenen Forschungsschwerpunkts

* Fundierte methodische Kenntnisse, insbesondere in ökonometrischen Verfahren, sowie praktische Erfahrung mit R oder Python; Kenntnisse in SQL oder weiteren Programmiersprachen sind wünschenswert

* Erfahrung in der Lehre oder in der Wissensvermittlung wünschenswert - insbesondere im Hinblick auf die verständliche Aufbereitung komplexer wirtschaftlicher Inhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen

* Didaktisches Geschick sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Studierenden

* Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke und Engagement

* Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Ihr Brutto-Gehalt

Zwischen € 3.536,99,-/Monat und € 5.019,98,-/Monat (Vollzeitäquivalent)

Die tatsächliche Entlohnung erfolgt nach der Gehaltstabelle des FHWN-internen Karrieremodells PerspektivenPLUS.
