Over de job

Als Senior Legal AdvisorSocial ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die nood hebben aan praktisch en onderbouwd sociaaljuridisch advies. Je werkt nauw samen met de Senior Legal Manager, neemt verantwoordelijkheid over complexere dossiers en begeleidt ondernemingen bij uiteenlopende sociaaljuridische uitdagingen. Daarnaast ben je bereid om een coachende rol op te nemen binnen het team en draag je actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van ons Social-team en onze externe visibiliteit.

Concreet ziet je werkdag er zo uit:

  • Je adviseert klanten over arbeidsrechtelijke en sociaalzekerheidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en vertaalt complexe (inter)nationale regelgeving naar pragmatische oplossingen op maat van de business.
  • Je begeleidt organisaties bij uiteenlopende dossiers rond aanwerving, verloning, ontslag (individueel en collectief), arbeidsduur, flexibiliteit en internationale tewerkstelling. Dit doe je van A tot Z: je vertrekt vanuit de nood van de klant en vertaalt deze naar de correcte juridische documenten en praktische implementatie.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij herstructureringen, overnames, sociaal overleg, sociale audits.
  • Je werkt mee aan due diligence-trajecten en andere sociaaljuridische projecten (waaronder o.a. begeleiding sociale inspecties, uitwerken beleid inzake arbeidsorganisatie, flexibel verlonen, ...).
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de juniors binnen het team en fungeert voor hen als “coach”. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt hen in hun professionele groei en ontwikkeling.
  • Je volgt sociaalrechtelijke ontwikkelingen op de voet en vertaalt wetswijzigingen naar concrete adviezen voor klanten en interne collega’s.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit en fungeert als een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor ondernemers en HR-verantwoordelijken. Je identificeert opportuniteiten om klanten vanuit Legal Social verder te ondersteunen.

Ben jij:

  • In het bezit van een masterdiploma in de rechten aangevuld met een grondige ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol?
