Wil jij ondernemers begeleiden bij complexe vastgoedtransacties, share deals en overnames? Als Senior Legal Advisor Vastgoed combineer je diepgaande expertise in vastgoedrecht met een sterke transactionele en M&A-focus. Je begeleidt niet alleen complexe vastgoeddossiers, maar ook vastgoeddeals van A tot Z, van structurering en due diligence tot onderhandelingen en closing.

Over de job

Als Senior Legal Advisor Vastgoed begeleid je ondernemers en organisaties bij uiteenlopende vastgoedvraagstukken & vastgoedgerelateerde share deals. Je werkt nauw samen met de Senior Legal Manager, neemt verantwoordelijkheid over complexere dossiers en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als collega's. Daarnaast ben je bereidt om een coachende rol op te nemen binnen het team en draag je actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van ons vastgoedteam en onze externe visibiliteit.

Concreet ziet je werkdag er zo uit:

  • Je ondersteunt de Senior Legal Manager bij complexe vastgoeddossiers en neemt na klantbesprekingen zelfstandig de verdere opvolging voor jouw rekening.
  • Je adviseert klanten pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht over uiteenlopende vastgoedvraagstukken.
  • Je stelt vastgoedcontracten op en analyseert deze kritisch. Denk hierbij aan huur, aankoop- en verkoop, opstal- en erfpachtovereenkomsten, lease,….
  • Je begeleidt vastgoedgerelateerde transacties van A tot Z, inclusief share deals, asset deals, herstructureringen en groepsinterne vastgoedtransacties.
  • Je voert juridische due diligence-onderzoeken uit, identificeert transactierisico's en formuleert pragmatische oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Je werkt mee aan de opmaak, review en onderhandeling van transactiedocumentatie zoals LOI's, SPA's, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten en closingdocumentatie.
  • Je werkt multidisciplinair samen met collega's van Tax, Accountancy, Corporate Finance en Estate Planning om geïntegreerde oplossingen uit te werken voor vastgoed- en overnametrajecten.
  • Je bouwt actief een intern en extern netwerk uit en positioneert jezelf als aanspreekpunt voor vastgoedrecht binnen VGD.
  • Je volgt wetswijzigingen en relevante ontwikkelingen binnen het vastgoedrecht op en deelt je kennis met collega's.
  • Je verzorgt opleidingen, seminaries en infosessies voor collega's, klanten en externe contacten.
  • Je bent bereid collega’s te begeleiden en coachen in hun professionele groei en ontwikkeling.

Over jou

Ben jij:

  • In het bezit van een masterdiploma Rechten aangevuld met een grondige ervaring binnen vastgoedrecht en M&A?
  • Een teamspeler die energie haalt uit uitdagende vastgoed- en transactiedossiers?
  • Thuis in complexe vastgoedstructuren en vastgoedgerelateerde transacties, het begeleiden van transacties en comfortabel in onderhandelingen met tegenpartijen, adviseurs en investeerders?
  • Ervaren met of een sterke interesse in due diligence-processen, transactiedocumentatie en M&A-structuren?
  • Thuis in de wisselwerking tussen juridische, fiscale en commerciële aspecten van vastgoedtransacties?
  • Iemand die juridische risico's snel detecteert én omzet in werkbare oplossingen?
  • Ondernemend ingesteld en niet bang om initiatief te nemen?
  • Een sterke communicator die vlot schakelt tussen klanten, collega's en andere stakeholders?
  • Praktijkgericht, proactief en sterk in ownership?
  • Een betrouwbare adviseur die kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal zet?
