From day one, you will be given a great deal of responsibility, have direct contact with clients and play an active role in the further development and growth of the practice. Your career. Your choice. What will you be doing? As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for advising and supporting clients within the financial sector. You will work on a wide range of matters relating to financial regulation, fund structuring and compliance. In doing so, you will combine in-depth legal expertise with a pragmatic approach and maintain close contact with clients and regulators. Building relationships with (new) clients is a key part of this role. Your duties will include: • Advising clients on Dutch and European financial regulation and supervisory issues. • Assisting with the establishment, structuring and management of investment funds and alternative fund structures. • Providing support with licensing processes, registrations and compliance matters in dealings with regulators such as the AFM. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund documentation, investment and management agreements. • Conducting legal due diligence reviews and contributing to the further growth of the practice and client relationships.
