Dat vraagt om scherpe keuzes, slimme samenwerkingen en contracten die kloppen. Daarom zijn wij voor Renewi op zoek naar een (Senior) Legal Counsel met kennis van privacy. Dat doet men onder meer door afval om te zetten in hoogwaardige circulaire materialen, CO₂-uitstoot te verminderen en zo samen te bouwen aan een economie waarin we kostbare grondstoffen behouden. Renewi's toekomstgerichte aanpak draait om innovatie, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid. Met ruim 150 locaties en ruim 5700 collega's, actief in Nederland, België, Frankrijk en Portugal, heeft de onderneming de schaal én de slagkracht om het verschil te maken. Bij Renewi bouwt men aan een wereld waarin afval niet meer bestaat. Dat vraagt om scherpe keuzes, slimme samenwerkingen en contracten die kloppen. Als Senior Legal Counsel zit je daar middenin. Niet op afstand, maar dicht op de business én dicht op de besluitvorming. Een rol voor iemand die eigenaarschap pakt. Je werkt aan een breed scala van commerciële contracten (sales, procurement, andere zaken), tenders etc. De positie Je opereert als breed inzetbare Senior Legal Counsel binnen een internationale, dynamische omgeving. Je bent een sparringpartner voor de business én hebt een nauwe samenwerking met de CLO. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen. De lijnen zijn kort en je schakelt direct met senior stakeholders. Je werkt aan een breed scala van commerciële contracten (sales, procurement, andere zaken), tenders etc.. Binnen het team ben je de primaire contactpersoon voor alle privacy-zaken: het waarborgen van onderneming brede compliance en schakelen met andere teams binnen Renewi ...
