Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Bei ALPLA übernehmen Sie als Senior Legal Counsel eine zentrale Rolle bei der rechtlichen Betreuung unseres internationalen Geschäfts. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Head of Legal zusammen und treiben eigenverantwortlich rechtliche Themen im Unternehmen voran.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Legal sowie Übernahme von Aufgaben mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

* Selbstständige Beratung des Unternehmens in nationalen und internationalen Rechtsfragen (z. B. Vertragsrecht, DSGVO/GDPR) inklusive Risikoanalyse und Recherche

* Eigenverantwortliche Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von konzerninternen und -externen Verträgen sowie juristischen Dokumenten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene

* Überwachung der Vertragseinhaltung und Sicherstellung rechtlicher Standards

* Ansprechpartner für alle Unternehmensbereiche bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner Schulungen zu relevanten Rechtsthemen

* Eigenständige Steuerung und Umsetzung von rechtlichen Projekten mit unternehmensweiter Relevanz

* Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Rechtsanwälten, Beratern und Organisationen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar

* Anwaltsprüfung oder 2. Staatsexamen von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im juristischen Umfeld, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen

* Wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Interesse an industriellen Zusammenhängen

* Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Einsatzbereitschaft und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2/C1), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Fragestellungen verständlich aufzubereiten und praktikable Lösungen zu entwickeln
