Interim Senior Locatiemanager Regio Veluwe & Betuwe Job Location Tiel , Netherlands Job Description Over het werk Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen onze labels RivaKids, Eigen&Wijzer en Fris! in de regio Veluwe en Betuwe . Hierdoor werk je met verschillende locaties, teams en pedagogische concepten en is geen periode hetzelfde. Als Senior Locatiemanager zet jij jouw ervaring in waar deze op dat moment het meest van waarde is. Je neemt tijdelijk de verantwoordelijkheid voor locaties bij bijvoorbeeld langdurig verzuim of een openstaande vacature. Daarnaast ondersteun en coach je junior locatiemanagers en tijdelijke professionals en begeleid je locaties die extra aandacht nodig hebben. Je creëert snel overzicht, ziet wat er nodig is en weet medewerkers en management hierin mee te nemen. Daarbij houd je de juiste balans tussen pedagogische kwaliteit, medewerkers, ouders en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Tijdelijk aansturen van locaties binnen de Veluwe en Betuwe . Coachen en begeleiden van junior locatiemanagers en tijdelijke professionals. Sturen op pedagogische kwaliteit, personeelsbezetting en bedrijfsvoering. Begeleiden en realiseren van verbetertrajecten binnen locaties. Bijdragen aan een stabiele personeelsbezetting en het terugdringen van verzuim. Ondersteunen bij vraagstukken rondom GGD inspecties en resultaten uit ouder en medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoeken. Fungeren als ervaren sparringpartner voor locatiemanagers en het operationeel management. Snel schakelen tussen verschillende locaties, teams en vraagstukken. Wij bieden jou Een interim-opdracht (in loondienst) voor 30 tot 36 uur per week . Een jaar contract met aansluitend de mogelijkheid tot een vast dienstverband.
