Ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt in een druk magazijn en collega's weet mee te nemen in het werk? Voor een logistieke organisatie zoeken wij een Senior Magazijnmedewerker. In deze rol Warehouse Coördinator genoemd combineer je operationeel meewerken met het aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's op de werkvloer. Jij bent degene die ziet wat er moet gebeuren, snel schakelt wanneer het druk wordt en zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel blijft draaien. Een echte kartrekker dus. - Coördineren van dagelijkse magazijnwerkzaamheden; - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's op de werkvloer; - Laden en lossen van goederen; - Controleren van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen; - Werken met hef- en reachtruck; - Voorraadbeheer en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en logistieke stromen. Wat heb je nodig? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en overzicht houdt. - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen een magazijnomgeving; - Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's is een pré; - In bezit van heftruck- en/of reachtruckcertificaat; - Ervaring met WMS of scannersystemen; - Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig. Wat krijg je? Je komt terecht in een logistieke omgeving waar hard gewerkt wordt, maar waar ook ruimte is voor gezelligheid en ontwikkeling.
