Senior Maintenance Engineer - Lelystad / Amsterdam / Amersfoort / Katwijk / Nijmegen / Arnhem - min.€ 5.200 tot max.€ 6.500 bruto per maand. - 38 uren per week Wil jij jouw maritieme ervaring en technische kennis naar een strategisch hoger niveau tillen aan wal? Als Senior Maintenance Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, optimaliseren en verbeteren van het onderhoud van complexe installaties en technische systemen. Je bent de technische spil van projecten en onderhoudsprocessen, waarbij je jouw brede kennis inzet om installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt te laten functioneren. In deze rol begeleid je junior collega's, stuur je projecten aan en draag je bij aan strategische beslissingen over asset management en onderhoudsbeleid. Wat ga je doen: - Leiden van onderhoudsprojecten en coördineren van het team van engineers, monteurs en projectmedewerkers. - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van onderhoudsstrategieën en asset management plannen. - Toezien op de operationele betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van installaties en technische systemen. - Analyseren van storingen, uitvoeren van root cause analyses en voorstellen doen voor proces- en ontwerpverbeteringen. - Beheren van onderhoudsbudgetten en bijdragen aan CAPEX- en OPEX-planning. - Rapporteren aan het management over prestaties, risico's en verbeteringen van assets. - Begeleiden en coachen van junior engineers en nieuwe collega's in technische en organisatorische processen. - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen, leveranciers en externe partners om projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief hoogwaardig uit te voeren. - Waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en compliance volgens geldende wet- en regelgeving.
