In deze zelfstandige en veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inhoudelijke makelaarsproces én geef je direct leiding aan een groeiend team. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij de aan- en verkoop van woningen;Uitvoeren van waardebepalingen;Bespreken en laten ondertekenen van opdrachten tot dienstverlening;Opstellen van koopakten en bewaken van een correcte juridische en administratieve afhandeling;Bewaken van dossiers, voortgang, kwaliteit en deadlines;Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van het huidige team;Verder professionaliseren van processen en werkwijzen binnen de makelaardij;Bezoeken van klanten en objecten door heel Nederland.De commerciële leads worden binnen de organisatie verzorgd. Bezichtigingen worden grotendeels door het team uitgevoerd. Hierdoor kun jij je vooral richten op advies, kwaliteit, transacties en leiderschap.

We zoeken een ervaren makelaar die toe is aan méér dan alleen het uitvoeren van transacties. Je bent: Een ervaren RMT- of K-RMT-makelaar;Minimaal 7 jaar werkzaam binnen de makelaardij;Goed thuis in het volledige proces rondom vastgoedtransacties;Ervaren met Realworks en juridische/administratieve dossierafhandeling;Een natuurlijk leider die mensen weet te motiveren én aan te spreken;Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht;Commercieel ingesteld, zonder dat actieve acquisitie het belangrijkste onderdeel van je functie is;Uitstekend in de Nederlandse taal;Flexibel en ondernemend ingesteld.Je woont bij voorkeur tussen Den Bosch en Utrecht, zodat je centraal zit voor de landelijke werkzaamheden. Een 9-tot-5-mentaliteit past niet bij deze rol. We zoeken iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, overzicht houdt en energie krijgt van het verder bouwen aan een organisatie.
