Iemand die overzicht creëert, verbanden ziet en ervoor zorgt dat management en organisatie vooruit kunnen? Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zoeken wij een Senior Management Assistant voor het domein Toezicht & Keuringen. En dit is er eentje voor wie toe is aan méér: meer inhoud, meer verantwoordelijkheid en meer ruimte om mee te denken, mee te sparren en daadwerkelijk het verschil te maken. Je ondersteunt en ontzorgt, maar brengt vooral ook structuur aan, maakt voortgang zichtbaar en zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke onderwerpen niet uit beeld verdwijnen. Een mooie volgende stap voor de Management Assistant die haar vak breder wil inzetten. Wat maakt deze functie interessant? Je ondersteunt het domeinhoofd en werkt nauw samen met de managers van Toezicht & Keuringen. Daarbij ben je veel meer dan degene die praktische zaken regelt. Je bent een sparringpartner, signaleert wat aandacht nodig heeft en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende onderwerpen, stakeholders en belangen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is het creëren van overzicht. Je bewaakt acties en voortgang en stelt management- en voortgangsrapportages op. Daarbij kijk je ook hoe deze slimmer kunnen worden ingericht, zodat het management beschikt over de juiste informatie om goed te kunnen sturen. Ook informatie en communicatie lopen als een rode draad door je werk. Je zorgt dat informatie compleet is, vragen op de juiste plek terechtkomen en relevante ontwikkelingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd. Uiteraard ga je daarbij zorgvuldig om met vertrouwe...
