Twee organisatieonderdelen in beweging, één directeur - en jij zorgt dat alles blijft draaien. Avans Hogeschool ontwikkelt zich van onderwijs- naar kennisinstelling en bouwt aan een robuuste, toekomstbestendige organisatie. Dat merk je ook in de directieondersteuning: twee organisatieonderdelen die volop in beweging zijn, delen één directeur. Door uitval is daar tijdelijk extra ondersteuning nodig. Precies daar kom jij in beeld: als senior managementassistent zorg jij dat de directie ook in deze periode van verandering soepel blijft draaien. Dit ga je doen Samen met een collega ondersteun je de gezamenlijke directeur van beide organisatieonderdelen. - Beheren van agenda's en mailboxen - Voorbereiden van overleggen en bijeenkomsten - Notuleren en bewaken van afspraken en actiepunten - Verzorgen van correspondentie en overzichten - Regelen van de praktische kant: HR-mutaties, inkooporders, bestellingen en ICT-voorzieningen Na een korte inwerkperiode draai je zelfstandig mee en denk je actief mee over hoe het slimmer kan, bijvoorbeeld door AI in te zetten bij verslaglegging of agendabeheer. Het is een tijdelijke opdracht tot en met 31 december 2026, waarin je geregeld op locatie in Breda werkt en deels vanuit huis. Eisen - Een diploma op minimaal mbo-niveau - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je brengt informatie mondeling en schriftelijk helder, bondig en passend over - Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en werkt nauwkeurig, ook onder tijdsdruk - Aantoonbare ervaring met MS Office en Microsoft 365-apps zoals Outlook, Teams, ...
