Als Senior Manager binnen ons Customer & Operations team leid je complexe transformaties bij toonaangevende financiële instellingen. Je combineert strategisch advies met sterke projectexecutie, stuurt digitalisering en AI-vernieuwing aan en neemt zowel klantorganisaties als PwC-teams mee in de verandering die nodig is om écht impact te maken. Dit ga je doen Je maakt deel uit van een ambitieus en inclusief team dat financiële instellingen helpt hun bedrijfsmodel, klantbediening en commerciële slagkracht toekomstbestendig te maken. We combineren strategisch denkwerk met tastbare resultaten en werken nauw samen met collega's uit strategie, technologie, data en AI. Als Senior Manager ben je zowel inhoudelijk sparringpartner als transformatieleider voor je klanten. Je vertaalt klantstrategie naar processen, governance en operating model inrichting, verbindt dit aan keuzes in digitalisering, data en AI en stuurt complexe implementatieprogramma's aan van ontwerp tot borging.
