Eraneos is succesvol en timmert volop aan de weg. Volop aanleiding dus om het huidige team te versterken. Je bent van harte welkom! Als (Senior) Manager Pensioenconsulting speel je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van transformatie- en adviestrajecten binnen de pensioensector. De (Senior) Manager opereert op het snijvlak van strategie, technologie en organisatieontwikkeling en werkt nauw samen met bestuurders en de directies van pensioenfondsen en hun pensioenuitvoerders. Naast inhoudelijke projectverantwoordelijkheid draagt hij of zij bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de pensioenpropositie van Eraneos en het versterken van het netwerk binnen de sector. Jouw specialisme kan liggen op outsourcing daar waar pensioenfondsen te maken krijgen met verandering van pensioenuitvoeringsorganisatie of softwareleverancier of bijvoorbeeld communicatie, klantbediening en de inrichting van pensioenportalen. Voor beide inhoudelijke gebieden zijn we op zoek naar kandidaten. Ben jij nou die governance & non financial riskmanager (denk meer specifiek aan DORA en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitalisering zoals data- en cybersecurity) dan komen we ook graag met jou in gesprek. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden • Leiden en uitvoeren van advies- en transformatieprojecten binnen pensioenfondsen en hun pensioenorganisaties; • Adviseren van besturen en senior management over operationele verbeteringen op de hierboven beschreven gebieden en het opstellen van rapportages en afstemming met toezichthouders; • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe propo...
