In een multidisciplinaire adviesomgeving met een sterke reputatie krijg je als Senior Manager Accountancy een centrale rol in het superviseren, adviseren en aansturen van de accountancy‑activiteiten. De organisatie ondersteunt ondernemingen met rapportering, attestering en fiscale verplichtingen, waardoor jouw expertise als Senior Manager Accountancy een directe impact heeft op kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Supervisie van dossiers op het vlak van boekhouding, accountancy, fiscaliteit en vennootschapsrecht voor een diverse klantenportefeuille.
  • Professioneel adviseren van klanten en opnemen van de rol van vertrouwenspersoon.
  • Aansturen van gekwalificeerde medewerkers, bevorderen van een positieve teamsfeer en stimuleren van samenwerking.
  • Adviseren van partners en vertalen van strategie naar operationele doelstellingen binnen de afdeling.

Als Senior Manager Accountancy werk je nauw samen met collega‑experten en draag je bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie.

  • Bachelor Accountancy‑Fiscaliteit aangevuld met een bachelor‑na‑bachelor of master Accountancy.
  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring in een accountantskantoor, bij voorkeur in een kmo‑omgeving.
  • Titel van accountant in bezit of op het punt deze te behalen.
  • Klantgericht, kwaliteitsbewust en pragmatisch ingesteld.
  • Sterke teamspeler die proactief communiceert, spontaan helpt en bijdraagt aan een positieve teamgeest.
  • Ordelijk, gestructureerd, efficiënt en stressbestendig.
  • Integer, discreet en verantwoordelijk in omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Open mindset voor vernieuwing, verandering en digitalisering.
  • Draagt de waarden Groeimindset, Openhartig, Uitmuntend en Durf.
