The role combines strategic planning, governance, operating model development, policy design, transformation execution, managing complex changes, aligning multi-stakeholder interests, and delivering measurable value. You will work across strategic, tactical, and operational levels to shape the future direction of IT while ensuring successful implementation of key modernization, AI, digital, data and automation initiatives.
