Wil je bijdragen aan het begeleiden van complexe verandertrajecten bij toonaangevende organisaties? € 6500 Utrecht WO Overig Wat ga je doen als Senior Manager Change Leadership? Als Senior Manager Change Leadership leid je grootschalige verandertrajecten bij klanten. Je adviseert over veranderaanpak, leiderschapsontwikkeling en gedragsverandering. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders op C-level en begeleidt teams bij het realiseren van duurzame impact. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het uitbouwen van het change leadership-portfolio en het coachen van collega's binnen het team.
