Senior Manager Consultant Change Als Senior Manager Consultant in het Program & Change Acceleration team help je klanten met het bereiken van de toekomst die zij voor ogen hebben in grootschalige verandertrajecten. Wij realiseren complexe transformaties met een focus op duurzame gedragsverandering. In deze rol houd je je bezig met het introduceren van nieuwe manieren van werken, komen tot adoptie, waarde realiseren en het meten en borgen van verandering. Zo begeleid je klanten bijvoorbeeld bij de implementatie van IT-systemen of naar ander gedrag. Zo weet jij de verandervisie te ontwerpen en bied je deskundig advies over de benodigde strategie en de uitvoering. Je bent veel bij klanten te vinden om teams van consultants te begeleiden en de kwaliteit van projecten te waarborgen, daarbij creëer je een inspirerende en fijne werkomgeving. Binnen het team helpen we elkaar graag. Je bent één van de drijvende krachten achter ons team. Je coacht collega's in hun rol en draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van nieuwe kennis en proposities op het gebied van change management. - Uren: 32-40 uur - Werkplek: Utrecht en remote - Ervaring: senior Jouw mogelijkheden als Senior Manager Consultant Change bij Capgemini Invent Je bent onderdeel van Capgemini Invent, de managementconsulting tak van de Capgemini Group. Als Senior Managing Consultant Change realiseer je grootschalige verandertrajecten die van strategisch belang zijn voor (inter)nationaal opererende bedrijven zodat deze optimaal kunnen inspelen op digitale ontwikkelingen. Binnen het team van Program & Change Acceleration richten we ons op de combinatie van de volgende gebieden: digitale- en IT-transformaties, organisatorische verandering en gedragsverandering. Een voorbeeld is een organisatie die meer data-gedreven gaat werken en ons vraagt om te zorgen daarmee meer impact te maken.
