Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Vanuit een internationaal netwerk beleveren ze klanten over de hele wereld. Om de verdere groei en professionalisering van de customer service-organisatie te ondersteunen, zoeken we een ervaren people manager met een sterke strategische visie.

In deze functie geef je leiding aan drie Customer Service Managers en hun teams. Je bepaalt de richting van de afdeling, bouwt aan een sterke servicecultuur en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bepaalt de visie, strategie en verdere ontwikkeling van de Customer Service-afdeling.
  • Je stuurt drie Customer Service Managers aan en ondersteunt hen in hun leiderschapsrol.
  • Je ontwikkelt korte-, middellange- en langetermijnplannen om de strategische doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je optimaliseert processen en werkt continu aan een betere klantbeleving.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Marketing, Operations en internationale collega's.
  • Je bepaalt doelstellingen voor de Customer Service Managers en volgt de resultaten op.
  • Je rekruteert, begeleidt en ontwikkelt medewerkers en stimuleert hun professionele groei.
  • Je creëert een cultuur waarin samenwerking, autonomie en continue verbetering centraal staan.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van de Customer Service-teams en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of een gelijkwaardige universitaire opleiding.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring in een managementfunctie of een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere managers of teamverantwoordelijken.
  • Je bent een inspirerende leider die mensen weet te coachen en te motiveren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan vlot meerdere prioriteiten combineren.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en denkt strategisch.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
