Aufgaben

  • Beratung unserer Kund_innen bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung ihrer HR-Prozesse
  • Konzeption und Implementierung von Lösungen im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors
  • Beratung in einem oder mehreren Modulen der SAP SuccessFactors Suite, beispielsweise Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation oder Learning
  • Du leistest als Teil des Projektteams wertvolle Implementierungs- und Beratungstätigkeiten im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fach- und IT-Bereich und berätst Kund_innen aktiv zu Themen wie Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting und Learning
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam und den Kund_innen erarbeitest du innovative Integrationsszenarien und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung dieser Integrationskonzepte
  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Workshops sowie Erstellung von Kundendemos und Präsentationen
  • Begleitung von SuccessFactors-Einführungs-, Rollout- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Nutzung digitaler und AI-gestützter Tools zur effizienten Unterstützung in der täglichen Arbeit

Kompetenzen

  • Mehrjährige Berufs- bzw. Beratungserfahrung im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Modul der SAP SuccessFactors Suite
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung, Konfiguration oder Betreuung von SuccessFactors-Lösungen
  • Aktive SAP SuccessFactors Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
  • Verständnis integrierter End-to-End-HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund_innen
  • Offenheit gegenüber dem Einsatz von Artificial Intelligence (AI) sowie die Bereitschaft, AI-Tools aktiv und verantwortungsvoll im Arbeitsalltag zu nutzen
  • Verständnis für die Integrationslandschaft zwischen verschiedenen Anwendungen (z. B. SuccessFactors, Payroll- und Zeiterfassungssystemen) sowie deren Schnittstellen
  • Kenntnisse von Implementierungsmethoden, insbesondere des SAP Activate Frameworks
  • Kompetenz, HR-Herausforderungen zu analysieren und in passgenaue SuccessFactors-Lösungen zu übersetzen

Ab dem Karrierelevel Manager_in erwartet dich ein Gehalt ab EUR 61.600,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In). Als Senior Manager_in erhältst du ein Entgelt von EUR 78.400,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In). Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Weiters kannst du mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
