Als senior manager KMO ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het kantoor, stuur je teams aan, begeleid je managers en advisors en draag je bij aan de duurzame groei van Dendooven. Je combineert strategisch denken met operationele betrokkenheid, waarbij je ook zelf actief blijf op grotere en complexere dossiers.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

Als senior manager KMO combineer je strategisch, commercieel en people leiderschap met operationele betrokkenheid:

  • Strategie en beleid: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de kantoorstrategie in lijn met bedrijfsdoelstellingen, bewaakt KPI’s, budgetten en marges en rapporteert over prestaties, risico’s en groeikansen aan de CEO. Je denkt vooruit en anticipeert op veranderingen in wetgeving, digitalisering en markttrends.
  • Business development en commercieel inzicht: Je bouwt relaties uit met belangrijke klanten en stakeholders, signaleert commerciële kansen binnen de portefeuille en initieert nieuwe adviesprojecten. Je ondersteunt managers en senior advisors bij commerciële beslissingen en draagt bij aan marketing- en communicatie-initiatieven, zoals whitepapers, events of nieuwsbrieven.
  • Teamcoaching en people management: Je stuurt managers, advisors en het ondersteunend team aan, coacht hen dagelijks en stimuleert kennisdeling en professionele ontwikkeling. Je identificeert talent, begeleidt opvolgingsplannen en zorgt dat medewerkers kunnen doorgroeien. Daarnaast fungeer je als sparringpartner en aanspreekpunt bij complexe dossiers.
  • Operationele betrokkenheid en complexe dossiers: Je blijft actief betrokken bij grotere, strategische of risicovolle dossiers. Je ondersteunt managers en advisors bij fiscale, juridische en boekhoudkundige analyses, begeleidt kwaliteitscontrole en behandelt uitzonderlijke klantvragen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie en organisatie: Je zorgt voor efficiënte werkprocessen, digitalisering en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je optimaliseert workflows en ziet erop toe dat managers en teams deze correct opvolgen.
  • Klantgericht advies: Je vertaalt financiële en fiscale cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten voor klanten en management, communiceert vlot met stakeholders en ziet kansen voor extra adviesverlening, zoals M&A-trajecten of aanvullende rapporteringstools.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je dossiers en communiceert helder. Je bent toegankelijk, leergierig en werkt graag samen. Daarnaast wil je heel graag meegroeien in een omgeving waar vertrouwen en vooruitgang centraal staan.
