Location Almere ONZE IDEALE KANDIDAAT - You have a bachelor's level of thinking and working, for example in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration; - You have at least 7 years of experience in operations, including proven experience in a similar role as (Senior) Operations Manager or Site Manager within a distribution centre or contract logistics environment; - You have extensive experience leading large teams (approx. 50 employees) and know how to motivate and develop people and hold them accountable for results; - You have experience setting up or scaling up a (new) facility: fit-out, onboarding new customers and rolling out operational processes; - You manage by KPIs for service quality, safety, productivity and customer satisfaction, and have a continuous improvement mindset (e.g. LEAN or Six Sigma); - Experience with value added services such as kitting, testing, assembly or integration, preferably for tech or data centre customers, is a strong advantage; - You are a strong counterpart at all lev...
