Vattenfall Senior Manager Strategic- & Change Communication REF13073A Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall's Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like solar PV and batteries. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further. We are looking for an experienced strategic communication and change professional who combines excellent communication skills with strong business understanding, sound judgement and the ability to operate confidently in a complex senior-management environment. Our business, as well as the industry, is changing rapidly. As Senior Manager Strategic- & Change Communication , you will shape how BU Offshore communicates its strategic direction, priorities and transformation agenda. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, translate complex business topics into clear and compelling narratives, and ensure that communication actively supports leadership, engagement and successful change. You will report to the Head of Strategic Projects, a strategically oriented function in the Business Unit Offshore. We work in an international setting and with direct exposure to senior management. For your work, you will be supported by a diverse group of peers, who have a background from management consulting companies or have previously worked in strategy functions.
