Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten * Steuerung komplexer Tax-Technology-Projekte im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA, E-Rechnung, Tax Engines und Tax Reporting von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung * Analyse steuerlicher Anforderungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Umsatzsteuer, Körperschaftsteuer, CbCR und Pillar 2 * Entwicklung funktionaler und technischer Konzepte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Tax-, Finance- und IT-Stakeholdern * Begleitung der Auswahl, Integration und Weiterentwicklung moderner Tax-Technology-Lösungen, darunter SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, SAP Risk and Assurance Management, SAP PaPM sowie weitere führende Drittanbieter-Tools in Cloud-Umgebungen * Führung und Weiterentwicklung von (Teil-)Teams durch Coaching, Mentoring und Wissenstransfer sowie den Aufbau nachhaltiger Best Practices, Standards und wiederverwendbarer Templates im Tax-Technology-Umfeld * Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale, aktive Unterstützung bei Angebotsprozessen und dem Ausbau strategischer Key Accounts sowie Übernahme von Verantwortung für Pipeline- und Umsatzentwicklung * Weiterentwicklung innovativer Tax- und Finance-Lösungen durch die Einbringung neuer Impulse, beispielsweise zu AI-Use-Cases und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten * Positionierung als fachliche Ansprechperson für zukunftsweisende Markt- und Technologiethemen im Steuerbereich

Fähigkeiten für deinen Erfolg

Must-haves * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tax Technology, Tax Transformation, ERP-Transformationen oder in einem vergleichbaren steuernahen Beratungs- bzw. Inhouse-Umfeld * Fundiertes Verständnis steuerlicher Prozesse sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen und technischen Umsetzung steuerlicher Anforderungen in Systemen * Praxiserfahrung in SAP-nahen Transformationsprojekten, insbesondere im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA, oder mit Tax-Technology-Lösungen oder angrenzenden Finance-Systemen * Starke Beratungs-, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern auf Senior-Ebene aufzubauen * Ausgeprägtes Projektmanagement-Know-how
