Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end valuation and modeling projects, including scoping, timelines, quality control, and stakeholder communication. - Build and review complex financial models (e.g., DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, LBO, business plans, scenario and sensitivity analysis). - Prepare valuation reports and presentations for management, investors, auditors, and transaction counterparties. - Support M&A, restructuring, and capital markets activities with analytical diligence and value impact assessments. - Guide teams on modeling standards, assumptions, documentation, and audit-ready outputs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal to align analyses with requirements.
