Je kent het vak. Nu wil je jouw stempel drukken. Na minimaal vijf jaar in de arbeidsbemiddeling weet je hoe je nieuwe klanten binnenhaalt, relaties uitbouwt en professionals aan je bindt. Je kent het commerciële spel en hoeft niet meer uitgelegd te krijgen hoe je een markt ontwikkelt. Voor Xelvin Enschede zoeken we iemand die die ervaring wil inzetten in Twente. Een regio met een sterke technische markt binnen onder andere machinebouw, hightech en industrie. Er liggen genoeg bedrijven waar we al aan tafel zitten, maar ook nog volop kansen om Xelvin verder op de kaart te zetten. Daar kom jij in beeld. Jouw rol in Twente Als Senior Managing Consultant bouw je aan je eigen klantenportefeuille en aan de positie van Xelvin in Twente. Je bepaalt waar commerciële kansen liggen en zet deze om in concrete business. Je gaat onder andere: nieuwe klanten benaderen en binnenhalen in Twente; bestaande samenwerkingen verder uitbouwen; commerciële kansen vertalen naar opdrachten, plaatsingen en omzet; technische professionals werven, spreken en begeleiden; klanten adviseren over capaciteit en ontwikkelingen op de technische arbeidsmarkt; jouw netwerk bij technische bedrijven in de regio verder uitbreiden; bijdragen aan de commerciële groei van Xelvin Enschede. Je werkt vanuit Enschede en bent onderdeel van regio Oost, samen met onze vestigingen in Doetinchem en Apeldoorn. We delen kennis, kandidaten en commerciële kansen wanneer dat helpt om verder te komen. Een seniorrol met invloed We zoeken voor deze functie bewust iemand die de arbeidsbemiddeling al goed kent. Je krijgt geen lijst met dagelijkse beltargets of een voorgeschreven route naar resultaat. Wel een duidelijke opdracht: bouw duurzame klantrelaties op, creëer nieuwe business en zorg dat jouw markt groeit. Daarbij kijken we niet alleen naar wat je vandaag binnenhaalt. Juist met jouw ervaring verwachten we dat je verder kijkt. Welke bedrijven zijn interessant? Waar ontstaan nieuwe personeelsvragen? Welke relaties kunnen

verder ontwikkelen? En waar liggen kansen die we nu nog laten liggen? Je krijgt de ruimte om daar zelf keuzes in te maken en wordt afgerekend op wat die keuzes uiteindelijk opleveren. Functie-eisen Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen arbeidsbemiddeling, detachering of recruitment Ervaring met new business en het opbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille Een aantoonbaar commercieel trackrecord Het vermogen om zelfstandig een markt te ontwikkelen Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels Ervaring binnen technische detachering is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. We vinden het belangrijker dat je kunt laten zien hoe jij klanten hebt gewonnen, relaties hebt uitgebouwd en business hebt laten groeien. Waarom Xelvin?
