Wat je gaat doen als Senior Managing Consultant: Je werkt in een zelfstandige 360-gradenrol waarin jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het volledige traject: van klantacquisitie tot talentplaatsing. Jij bent de strategische sparringpartner voor klanten én collega’s. Je werkt zowel in als aan de organisatie. Concreet betekent dit: New business & klantrelaties Ontwikkel je eigen strategie om nieuwe opdrachtgevers aan te trekken. Bouw duurzame klantrelaties op en positioneer jezelf als inhoudelijk gesprekspartner. Vertaal klantvragen naar oplossingen met zichtbare impact. Recruitment & talentbemiddeling Vind en verbind technische professionals via netwerken, platforms en creatieve wervingsmethoden. Begeleid kandidaten van eerste kennismaking tot en met hun ontwikkeling bij de klant. Blijf betrokken als vast aanspreekpunt, ook na de plaatsing. Fieldmanagement Voer evaluatiegesprekken met klanten en professionals en bewaak de kwaliteit van de samenwerking. Zorg voor tevredenheid, groei en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Houd overzicht en stuur bij wanneer dat nodig is. Teamontwikkeling & innovatie Deel kennis met collega’s en coach waar nodig. Initieer verbeteringen in werkwijze en samenwerking. Draag bij aan de verdere groei van de regio en onze lerende organisatie. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Salaris: Vanaf € 4.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Bonus: Jaarlijkse bonus gebaseerd op je eigen prestaties én die van het

Groeipad bij Xelvin Als Senior Managing Consultant krijg je de ruimte om richting te geven aan je ontwikkeling. Afhankelijk van jouw ambitie kun je doorgroeien naar verschillende richtingen, bijvoorbeeld: Het opzetten van een eigen businessline of het uitbreiden naar een nieuwe vestiging. Een leidende rol binnen het team met doorgroei naar Operationeel Manager. Een functie als Salesmanager waarbij je commerciële strategie en teamprestaties aanstuurt. Of je nu wilt specialiseren, leidinggeven of pionieren in een nieuwe markt, bij Xelvin bepaal je zelf de koers. Wat jij meebrengt Hbo werk- en denkniveau. Minimaal 5 jaar recente en relevante ervaring in arbeidsbemiddeling. Aantoonbaar commercieel succes en ervaring met klantrelaties. Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
