Aufgrund unseres Wachstums, suchen wir 1 SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER:IN (W/M/X) KAMPAGNEN & SOCIAL MEDIA

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Kampagnen von der ersten Idee bis zur Erfolgskontrolle. Als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen entwickeln Sie unseren Markenauftritt kanalübergreifend weiter und setzen dabei einen besonderen Fokus auf Social Media.

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

* Sie entwickeln und verantworten Kampagnen, die State of the Art sind und Ihre Zielgruppen punktgenau erreichen.

* Sie bringen nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Social-Media-Aktivitäten mit, wissen, welche Inhalte auf den unterschiedlichen Kanälen erfolgreich sind, und steuern die externe Umsetzung.

* Sie übernehmen die Projektleitung bei bereichsübergreifenden Themen und führen Projekte in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zum Abschluss.

* Sie denken in Kennzahlen und bringen Ihre erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise aktiv ins Team ein.

* Sie bewegen sich sicher im Einsatz von KI-Tools und nutzen diese gezielt für die Kampagnenarbeit sowie zur Optimierung von Prozessen.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing sowie in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung erfolgreicher Kampagnen, insbesondere im digitalen und Social-Media-Umfeld.

* Sie arbeiten zahlenorientiert, behalten relevante Kennzahlen stets im Blick und leiten daraus wirksame Maßnahmen ab.

* Sie steuern bereichsübergreifende Projekte eigenständig, erkennen wirkungsvolle kreative Ansätze und briefen interne sowie externe Partner:innen zielgerichtet.

* Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Canva, MS Office, Trello und KI-gestützten Tools und überzeugen als verbindende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Veränderung, Innovation und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung.

DAS BIETEN WIR IHNEN:

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Bruttojahresgehalt in Höhe von rund € 60.000,-.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung festgelegt!
