Wil jij werken bij een innovatieve machinebouwer waar geen enkel project hetzelfde is? Voor een technologisch sterk bedrijf in de regio Eeklo zoeken we een Senior Mechanical Engineer die graag meewerkt aan hoogtechnologische automatiseringsoplossingen. Je komt terecht in een familiale KMO met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring, waar maatwerk, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Hier krijg je de vrijheid om jouw technische expertise volop in te zetten en machines volledig vanaf concept uit te werken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Senior Mechanical Engineer werk je technische concepten uit in nauw overleg met de projectmanager en vertaal je deze naar doordachte en realiseerbare 3D-ontwerpen in SolidWorks
  • Daarnaast ontwerp en detailleer je machines volledig vanaf nul
  • Verder bewaak je tijdens het volledige project de technische kwaliteit, selecteer je geschikte componenten en leveranciers en stel je complete technische constructiedossiers op
  • Ook onderhoud je technisch overleg met klanten, leveranciers en interne collega's om ontwerpen verder te verfijnen en projecten succesvol af te ronden
  • Tot slot volg je jouw ontwerpen op tot aan de vrijgave voor productie en draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van innovatieve maatwerkoplossingen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens drie jaar ervaring als Mechanical Engineer binnen de machinebouw
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, werkt graag samen met collega's, klanten en leveranciers en combineert een analytische blik met een creatieve en hands-on ingesteldheid
