Engineering Senior Mechanical Engineer I Flikweert Vision Werken bij Senior Mechanical Engineer Wil jij als Senior Mechanical Engineer ervoor zorgen dat technische ideeën uitgroeien tot robuuste, doordachte machines die iedere dag moeten presteren? Bij Flikweert Vision blijven we onze toonaangevende machines voortdurend ontwikkelen. Nieuwe ideeën en technische concepten moeten daarbij vooral goed werken in de praktijk. Dat vraagt om doordachte engineering: van het eerste concept tot een robuuste oplossing die maakbaar, assembleerbaar, onderhoudbaar en geschikt is voor serieproductie. Daarom zoeken we een Senior Mechanical Engineer die technische diepgang combineert met overzicht. Iemand die de samenhang binnen projecten bewaakt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt van concept tot realiseerbare oplossing en minder ervaren engineers inhoudelijk begeleidt. Over Flikweert Vision Flikweert Vision ontwikkelt toonaangevende optische sorteermachines voor aardappelen en uien. In onze machines komen Vision, Software, AI, Mechanica en Elektrotechniek samen.We ontwerpen en bouwen vanuit Zeeland machines die wereldwijd worden ingezet. Onze manier van werken is nuchter en praktisch: verantwoordelijkheid nemen, problemen oplossen en samen zorgen dat iets daadwerkelijk werkt. Wij onderscheiden ons in onze hands-on ontwerpaanpak waarbij we zoeken naar de beste oplossing, zonder het te over-engineeren. Jouw opgave Als Senior Mechanical Engineer werk je projectmatig aan nieuwe machineconcepten én aan de structurele verbetering van onze bestaande machines. Je vertaalt ideeën en functionele eisen naar technische oplossingen, bewaakt de mechanische samenhang binnen het geheel en stemt keuzes vanaf het begin af met de andere disciplines. Je kijkt verder dan het 3D-model. Is het maakbaar en kan het logisch worden geassembleerd? Zijn onderdelen goed verkrijgbaar? Is de oplossing onderhoudbaar en te standaardiseren? En blijft die ook bij grotere aantallen prakt...
