Als Senior Mechanical Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van mechanische systemen en componenten. Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij het project, van de conceptontwikkeling en het ontwerp tot de testfasen en de uiteindelijke oplevering. In samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team zorg je ervoor dat elk project voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden en bijdraagt aan de klanttevredenheid. We zoeken een gedreven collega met voldoende ervaring om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, maar je hoeft het niet alleen te doen. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig en samen met het team technische oplossingen vinden voor diverse machinebouw projecten - Proactief rapporteren aan betrokken stakeholders, zoals lead engineers en projectleiders, over de planning, voortgang en wijzigingen in de opdracht of het ontwerp - Controleregistraties uitvoeren, ontwerpen verifiëren en zorgen voor de benodigde rapportages - Waar nodig verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor zowel de concept- als detailengineering - Regelmatig contact onderhouden met de klant en indien nodig op locatie werken - Overleggen met externe partijen en collega's binnen VIRO om projecten suc...
