Vacancy information As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you are involved in a wide variety of maritime projects, ranging from large-scale multidisciplinary developments to smaller, high-intensity assignments. You play a key role in the design and engineering of advanced mechanical systems, including onboard equipment and piping installations for floating offshore units and special ships. You translate project requirements into practical and innovative mechanical solutions and act as a technical partner for lead engineers, clients and colleagues. Specific duties in this role include: - Translating project and client requirements into concept and basic mechanical designs. - Designing and engineering mechanical systems, including equipment layouts and piping systems for maritime applications. - Contributing to both concept development and detailed design phases of maritime projects. - Mentoring and supporting junior engineers in their professional development. - Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams...
