Als senior medewerker accounting ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en volledige financiële administratie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen, signaleert afwijkingen en levert input voor verbeteringen. Je fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen interne afdelingen en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Taken als senior medewerker accounting zijn onder andere: • Verwerken van facturen en bankmutaties • Uitvoeren van intercompany afstemmingen en reconciliaties • Controleren en boeken van interfaces tussen financiële systemen • Draaien en analyseren van uitzonderingsrapportages • Goedkeuren van facturen in het contractmanagementsysteem • Optimaliseren van processen binnen de accounting workflow • Beheren van financiële applicaties en deelnemen aan projecten • Beoordelen van declaraties en voorbereiden van audits • Verzorgen van de maandafsluiting en balansspecificaties Wat hebben we jou te bieden? • Bruto jaarsalaris tot €50.065 op basis van 38 uur per week (incl. 13e maand en vakantiegeld) • Maandelijks employee budget van €340 bruto (voor mobiliteit, extra vrije dagen of salaris) • 13e maand en 8% vakantietoeslag • Minimaal 26 vakantiedagen • Uitstekende pensioenregeling • Bonusregeling tot 10% van het jaarsalaris (gebaseerd op bedrijfsresultaten) • Contract voor 12 maanden met uitzicht op vast dienstverband • Hybride werken en uitgebreid thuiswerkpakket • Laptop en moderne werkplek in een nieuw ingericht kantoo...
