Senior Medewerker Administratie Woonbedrijf Omschrijving opdracht Woonbedrijf Flinter zoekt namens Woonbedrijf een Senior Medewerker Administratie. Als senior medewerker administratie heb je een coördinerende én meewerkende rol. Je houdt vanuit een helikopterview zicht op verschillende administratieve processen, maar vindt het ook prettig om zelf de administratie in te duiken. Je ondersteunt collega's bij vragen en zorgt er vooral voor dat de processen blijven draaien. Je weet binnen de organisatie snel de juiste mensen en informatie te vinden en bent een aanspreekpunt voor verschillende administratieve disciplines. Je houdt je bezig met: - uitvoeren van controles binnen verschillende administraties - controleren en analyseren van tussenrekeningen - ondersteunen bij werkzaamheden rondom de jaarrekening - beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen van administratief medewerkers - ondersteunen en bijspringen wanneer binnen administratieve processen extra capaciteit nodig is - ondersteunen van verschillende disciplines, waaronder de vastgoedadministratie - analyseren en oplossen van complexere administratieve vraagstukken - bewaken dat administratieve processen correct en tijdig blijven verlopen - opstellen en controleren van rapportages voor onder andere management, vastgoed en onderhoud - signaleren van afwijkingen en hierover adviseren - bijdragen aan het verbeteren van administratieve processen - ondersteunen bij projectadministraties voor vastgoedprojecten - fungeren als vraagbaak en ervaren gebruiker van administratieve systemen Je neemt mee: Eisen - uitvoeren van controles binnen verschillende administraties - controleren en analyseren van tussenrekeningen - ondersteunen bij werkzaamheden rondom de jaarrekening - beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen van administratief medewerkers - ondersteunen en bijspringen wanneer binnen administratieve processen extra capaciteit nodig is - ondersteunen van verschillende disciplines, waaronder d...
