Je houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse gang van zaken en werkt zelf actief mee in de bloedafname. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze bloedafname. Aantal uren 28 - 36 Sluitingsdatum 28 oktober 2026 Translate Jouw functie als senior medewerker bloedafname Als senior medewerker bloedafname combineer je patiëntenzorg met een coördinerende en coachende rol. Je werkt zelf mee en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's. Daarbij richt je je op de bloedafname binnen het Deventer Ziekenhuis én op onze locaties daarbuiten. Zo draag je bij aan goede patiëntenzorg en aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de bloedafname binnen en buiten het Deventer Ziekenhuis. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - het coördineren en plannen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de bloedafname en trombosedienst en het bewaken van de bezetting, werkdruk en continuïteit. - het ondersteunen van collega's bij vragen en complexe situaties en het inwerken en coachen van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiaires. - het signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten, werkprocessen en samenwerking binnen de bloedafname. - het uitvoeren van bloedafnames en zorgvuldig verwerken van patiëntgegevens en laboratoriummateriaal. - het informeren en begeleiden van patiënten. Welkom op het Klinisch Chemisch Laboratorium Het Klinisch Chemisch Laboratorium (KCL) verzorgt bloedafnames voor patiënten van het Deventer Ziekenhuis, huisartsen in de regio, Dimence en de trombosedienst. We werken vanuit onze hoofdlocatie, 24 servicepunten in de regio en bij patiënten thuis. Onze bloedafname is volop in ontwikkeling.
